Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Wedding Collective — couples planning a wedding and suppliers listing their business.

Last updated September 2026

1. About us

Wedding Collective operates an online marketplace that helps couples discover wedding suppliers and helps suppliers present their services. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Our role

We are an introduction platform only. Any booking, contract or payment for wedding services is between the couple and the supplier directly. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the services a supplier provides.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

4. Supplier listings

Suppliers must own the rights to the images and content they upload, describe their services and pricing honestly, and hold any insurance or licences their trade requires. We may edit, unpublish or remove a profile that is inaccurate, misleading or breaches these terms.

5. Memberships and payment

A free supplier profile costs nothing. Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. Founding Supplier memberships include a free first month; billing begins after that period and the introductory rate is held for as long as the membership remains continuously active.

You can cancel at any time from your membership settings. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not refund part-used periods unless required by law.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect genuine experience of a supplier. We moderate reviews and remove content that is false, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful. You keep ownership of what you upload but grant us a licence to display it on the platform and in related promotion.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no scraping, no spam, no attempts to break security, and no using contact details obtained here for unsolicited marketing.

8. Liability

We provide the platform "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular results such as a number of enquiries or bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
